Joy manages the group that is responsible for purchasing the BFE for all of Avolon’s new aircraft and for supporting any needs of the engineering department for lease transitions.  Before that, she spent many years as a configuration manager for new aircraft, working with the OEMs and airlines on many aircraft models.
