Henry is the Senior Manager of Experience Design at Virgin Atlantic – a multidisciplinary team that are responsible for designing the experience touchpoints, throughout the end-to-end customer journey. From lounges and airport spaces, through to aircraft interiors, service and soft product. He is a trained Product Designer, who has now spent over 8 years at Virgin Atlantic, designing category leading products and services.
